Custom Reports
When the reporting tools included with ERA don’t meet specific needs, custom report services can be ordered through the Technical Assistance Center at 800.767.0080.
- Payroll Upload
A third-party payroll interface that imports data and creates a payroll journal entry can be ordered through your Reynolds account manager.
For the POWER System
Dealers using POWER have several options for downloading data to forward to preferred vendors.
- Use Report (RPT) or Enterprise Report Manager (ERM) to access and push out specific DMS data. For assistance, contact the POWER Support Center at 888.999.6348.

- User Programming (UPS)
When standard queries don’t meet specific needs, UPS is available so dealers can produce customized reports or data files.
- Posting Data Upload (PDU)
Convert electronic data files, such as banking information and vendor data, to accounting details. Set up multiple file formats and post through a single upload journal. Customize data filters to retrieve specified data.
- Accounting Detail Download (ADL)
Transfer files to third parties and create customized reports by downloading—to a PC running POWER—accounting files that can be easily converted to an Excel spreadsheet or other file type. ADL can also be used in conjunction with Posting Data Upload (PDU) to make reconciliations faster and easier.
- Customer Database Import (PCU-CSH)
Upload third-party information to the dealership’s PCs and add or update Customer History records.
