You now have a search feature within 4750 - no more scrolling through hundreds of lines of data! This helps the office manager or controller set up the integration between F&I and accounting. It can also help the sales manager, F&I manager, or office manager set up the sales DOC.

How to Search in 4750
Simply enter a Deal or Lease ID and choose from three ways of finding data value:
  • "Exact amount" - Enter the exact amount. For example, if you are looking for all parameters that have a value of 50.00, enter 50.00.
  • "Ending with" - Enter a left bracket ( [ ) followed by the data value. For example, if you are looking for all parameters that end with 50.00, enter [50.00.
  • "Starting with" - Enter the data value followed by a right bracket ( ] ). For example, if you are looking for all parameters that start with 50, enter 50].
Take advantage of the improved usability of 4750 to access the important data you need for calculations, accounting updates, and F&I transactions.
