Knowledgeable, Caring Trainer
A few months back we requested some training days from Reynolds and Reynolds for a store we had acquired. We have worked with Ellen in the past and were delighted to hear that she was assigned to train at our new store.
Ellen arrived with a smiling face and helpful hand. She made sure our setups were correct, and if not, would assist us in correcting them. She had an answer for every question. If by chance we could stump her (which is virtually impossible), she had an answer for us within minutes.
Ellen does an awesome job for Reynolds and Reynolds. She is very thorough, understanding, and patient when it comes to dealing with employees. She does a great job of explaining how the Reynolds system works, how to better utilize the system, and she has a great understanding of the dealership world. Ellen is a top rate trainer and thrives on customer satisfaction.
