BDC Consulting Crucial to Growth
In our store, it is important, if not critical, that we focus on the future to continue to grow. Reynolds Consulting has been our partner in examining where we are, what we do, and guiding us to growth for the future. They have guided us in the creation of our Business Development Center (BDC) and implementing best practices.
Through the coaching of our Reynolds Consultants, Dan and Ron, we are progressing as a Lincoln Mercury Store with its own 'marketing department.
