New Store ERA® Installation

He was absolutely awesome the entire time. We stayed in close contact via e-mail and he kept me well informed of what he was doing and when - he certainly kept my mind at ease.
I must say that David has made our new store's ERA install the smoothest transition ever - just another reason why I've been with Reynolds a long time. Plus, Henry came out to train our new associates (who formerly used a Reynolds competitor) to get them quickly up to speed with ERA. He even rescheduled his time to come out two days early because the store's opening date kept changing. Not many large corporations would make those kinds of adjustments.
Reynolds has a well-schooled staff that certainly puts them at the top of anyone's list for a user-friendly, efficient dealership management system to work with. I would recommend Reynolds 100%!
