Consulting Improves Customer Retention
As part of our selection of the Reynolds Contact Management solution, we also contracted for the associated Reynolds Consulting Services to assist us in getting up and running as quickly as possible. This proved to be a very wise decision for our dealership because not only did we get out of the gate running, it also allowed us the opportunity to benefit from Ron, our consultant, and his vast archive of knowledge from his experience of working with a multitude of other dealerships.
I would like to emphasize that Reynolds and Reynolds Consulting Services has met or even exceeded our expectations. The results for our dealership have proved to be very respectable, and the future looks very promising too. Currently, we are responsible for nearly 70% of the delivered units and even expect this trend to continue upwards as we refine our processes. We are also experiencing very good results in growing our fixed-operations side of the business, utilizing Reynolds' Contact Management. The e-mail campaigns that we have incorporated with our automated processes that Ron helped us to establish have kept our customers coming back.
I continually see the redemption of at least 50+ service related coupons per month from just one of the ideas incorporated with the help of Reynolds Consulting Services.
